Todd Goodman to write another Alto Saxophone conceto. Commissioned by the Beaver Valley Philharmonic and music director Bruce Lauffer, the new concerto will be premiered by world renowned saxophonist Greg Banasak on April 17, 2009, at the Lincoln Park Performing Arts Center in Midland, Pennsylvania. Todd Goodman's Concerto for Bass Clarinet and Orchestra was premiered yesterday by Calvin Falwell and the Beaver Valley Philharmonic conducted by Bruce Lauffer.
